The prices are per week and are exclusive of tax at 13.00 percent. For bookings of 6 days or less there is a cleaning surcharge of $237/£128. For bookings of 21 days or more we offer a discount. For your convenience we offer a variety of payment methods. A security deposit of $750/£405 is due along with the final balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company. Pool and Spa heat are included in the price.
